Breastplate of Righteousness Part 1


Proverbs 28:1 (NIV) The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.

Isaiah 32:17 (NIV) The fruit of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence forever.

The Breastplate of Righteousness produces peace, rest, confidence, security, and boldness.

Isaiah 54:14 (TLV) In righteousness you will be established. You will be far from oppression—for you will not fear—and from terror—for it will not come near you.

The Breastplate of Righteousness produces peace, rest, confidence, security, boldness, no fear, no terror, and no oppression.

1 Peter 3:12 (AMP) For the eyes of the Lord are [looking favorably] upon the righteous (the upright), And His ears are attentive to their prayer (eager to answer).

1 John 3:21 (AMP) If our consciences (our hearts) do not accuse us [if they do not make us feel guilty and condemn us], we have confidence (complete assurance and boldness) before God.

1 John 3:20 (AMP) Whenever our hearts in [tormenting] self-accusation make us feel guilty and condemn us. [For we are in God’s hands.] For He is above and greater than our consciences (our hearts), and He knows (perceives and understands) everything [nothing is hidden from Him].

Ephesians 3:12 (NLT) Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.

Romans 8:33 (CJB) Who will bring a charge against God’s chosen people? Certainly not God — he is the one who causes them to be considered righteous!

2 Corinthians 5:21 (GNT) Christ was without sin, but for our sake God made him share our sin in order that in union with him we might share the righteousness of God.

Romans 8:30 (LOVETT) God called those whom He fore-ordained. He also justified them, making them as righteous as Jesus.

Hebrews 10:14 (WEY) By a single offering, He has forever completed the blessing for those whom He is setting free from sin.

Colossians 1:12-13 (NIV) Giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance [promises] of his holy people in the kingdom of light. For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
