THE BELT OF TRUTH
Ephesians 6:11-17 (NIV) Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes . . . that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place.
- Helmet of Salvation—Protects our thoughts.
- Breastplate of Righteousness—Protects our heart.
- Belt of Truth—Voice of the Holy Spirit.
Locate the devil’s lies and replace them with God’s truth!
- The Problem: Lies I believe seem like truth!
- The Solution: The Holy Spirit.

Father! The Spirit Himself [thus] testifies together with our own spirit, [assuring us] that we are children of God.
Philippians 3:14-16 (NIV) Press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things.
